It's because the consoles (at least the 360) themselves support it and, while it would be nicer to have a radio station in those games with your songs, most developers deem it a poor use of their time because if you really want to listen to your music, you can use the built-in player for the console.

Maybe im not as well-informed on politics as everyone else, but was it wrong for me to expect insight about the specifics of this Act after entering the thread? I'd say no. I mean, hell, all triplehfan does is regurgitate news, the least he could have done was throw in a link to whatever he read before he asked for WF's opinion on it. This is the law that pro-lifers wish to pass so that organizations that are opposed to abortion/contraception don't have to provide health care plans that pay for contraception. This is that discussion about old guys deciding the best way to care for women's reproduction.

I'm slightly stupid when it comes to my Xbox. I have a newer black version with a built in harddrive and wifi. How can i get more space on my harddrive? I can't take it out and put a new one in like with my previous xbox. Um... yes you can. It's not as easily accessible, but it's still replaceable. Depending on what size hard drive you have, there's a 250GB and 320GB option.

You pretty much hate 75% of the WWE fan base, so pretty much your comment is really overrated Lol Ben Well, given how I don't follow wrestling at all, I nothing them.

Put it on youtube or some site like Rapidshare. Most email providers have an attachment limit of 50MB, I'm willing to bet your 720p video is not that small.

Why didn't you just buy one that was already unlocked? I'm assuming this is the phone he was talking about buying on craigslist in another thread, so I doubt he could afford the non-subsidized price for an iPhone, especially with him being so unwilling to pay $30 or so to unlock the phone.

The 4S is like a milimeter thicker than the AT&T 4 and the same size as the Verizon 4. Also, the back of the phone should say iPhone 4S. Otherwise, they're nearly identical. Kicking myself for not thinking of looking at the back of the phone. That's a no brainer. Yeah, but if the guy's trying to fake it, it's not super-hard to fake.

Honestly man, I just got rid of my Evo 4G because it was a gigantic piece of crap. 4G still doesn't work everywhere and the network connects/disconnects constantly, thus causing the battery life to be mediocre at best despite me being told that it'd be "more than I could use in a day." I "downgraded" to the 3G iPhone 4S and I love it. Is it 4G? No. But it's actually faster. To be fair, your 4G was Wi-Max 4G, not LTE 4G. 4G is a blanket term for different technologies (sometimes just lies) with varying speeds. T-Mobile's "4G" is HSPA+ (Faster 3G) Sprint's 4G is Wi-MAX (Not as fast as LTE but faster than HSPA+) AT&T has 4G (HSPA+) and 4G LTE (which is exactly what it says) Verizon's 4G is LTE.

Here's the biggest issue I see you having with LTE. You mention how your Incredible 2 has awesome battery life. LTE phones do not.

I can get a D-Link EBR-2310 Ethernet Broadband Router on amazon new for $20.22 plus shipping, is that a good deal? Also i have a 360, PS3, and Blu-Ray Player that can get online along with my PC so how many ports do i need the router to have cause I know there has to be a connection from the modem to the router so that takes one port so wouldn't I need 4 more ports on it? Typically a 4-port router is the modem port plus an additional 4, and according to the picture on the D-Link site, that's the case. You'd plug your modem into the Internet port, and then your 4 devices into each of the LAN ports. $20 for a 4-port router is not a bad deal.

anybody heard of a brand named Dynex? That's Best Buy's brand. I have no experience with their routers but there's nothing inherently wrong with the other stuff they make. If you can afford Linksys or D-Link, get one of those.

Buy a router. Go with Linksys or D-Link. You plug the Modem in to the Router, and then your computer, PS3, 360, etc. into the router. Everything stays on simultaneously.

Because Apple switched things up with the 4S's launch, there's no clear way of knowing if the 5 will be out in June/July (like every other iPhone) or the fall like the 4S. If you're worried about buying the phone and then the new one coming out a couple months later, wait until the summer. Worst case scenario is you waited longer than you would have liked to, and if it's not out in June/July, you'll get to decide whether it's worth waiting a few more months or if you should just get the 4S.
The problem with Raito's plan is that it only really works if you're buying it unlocked, which I'm betting you're not. If you are, then Raito's plan is the best.

Raising the servers to minimum wage is stupid for the customer to be advocating. The price of the meal would be jacked up more than it would be with the tip system in place. For example, RI's minimum wage is $7.40 an hour, but for a server its $2.80 an hour. You'd be asking the restaurant to increase their wait staff budget by almost 3 times. The restaurant would have to raise their food/drink prices and adjust the price up from their in order to account for profit margin. The price of food would go through the roof. Not only that, but if you have crapty service, you'd still have to pay a jacked up rate. If we are asking restaurants, especially smaller mom and pop places, to increase a facet of their business' costs by 3 times, they are not going to last long, or going to have to jack up prices to consumers. There is a reason the tipping system was put into place. /end of boring economics rant Except if most people are paying tips to begin with, how does the consumer-side cost differ? I mean, if the cost of my dinner goes up by 2-5 bucks (the price per hour difference), the consumer wouldn't notice the different if they pay a tip and the restaurants would actually make more money if the price change in one person's meal accounted for the wage difference. Hell, if they wanted to keep costs low for their customers, they wouldn't even need to raise prices that much assuming they do a reasonable amount of business.

But why should I count it as part of my meal when it isn't? I mean, personally DO do that, but why is it a MUST? What if I come in and get sh*tty service? The server doesn't deserve my tip then. I'm not against tipping in any form, but I am against this notion that tipping is a must, despite what the service is like. You're not gonna win 'em all man. In some cases you just won't get a tip at all because the person didn't have the money. If the service is bad, then a tip isn't deserved, but as long as there was nothing wrong with the service, then a tip should be applied. So, if someone can't afford to be able to pay someone for normal service, they shouldn't go out to eat somewhere tips are expected.

I'm all for Sting Operations to catch actual criminals, but this seems to be borderline entrapment to me. Is it really? It's not like the guys running the sting came in there and said, "Hey, sweet iPad and wallet! You should totally take those without even trying to process it through your company's way of returning lost items to passengers!" They just left it there. The bus driver had to decide to take it and keep it with him when he went home. I'm positive that the bus company has procedures for returning lost items to customers and from what Milincoln was explaining, he didn't attempt to do that. That's not entrapment. That's like saying bait cars are entrapment.

My only suggestion would be to give the text on the back some space to breathe from its borders, especially the preview/hype/etc. text. Also, whatever you did to the spacing to that text makes it much harder to perceive it as a contiguous thought.

i was just looking at the Epic today...seems like a decent phone i think i want to stay away from Windows based as ive heard bad things...even though i have and love xbox live. Depending on what you've heard, it may have been talking about Windows Mobile 6.5 or lower because it kinda sucked.
